 But, I Love My Family      [ 1 ]
2023
A booklet featuring the first chapter of Sophie Lewis's essay “Abolish the Family: A Manifesto for Care and Liberation,” which critically examines traditional family structures and advocates for alternative models.

In the design, I weave in elements from the magazine “Ain't I a Woman?” which also challenged the accepted concept of social order.

120 × 190 mm., 36 p.
 But, if this is so      [ 2 ]
2023
Letterpress printed on textile. The book includes text from Issue № 13 (1971) of “Ain’t I a Woman?”, a North American magazine by the Publications Collective of the Iowa City Women’s Liberation Front.

The analog work of this project tries to convey frustration and highlights the yearning for freedom and self-determination addressed in the text.
